Some days, the best thing I do for myself is walk away my phone, head to the back porch, and remember that life existed before notifications and social media.
So I started doing something radical: I’d leave my devices inside, head to the back porch, and just… exist. (It was summer here in Michigan.) I’d work on a puzzle. Read an actual book. Write in my journal. Nothing Instagram-worthy, just quiet moments that helped me remember I’m a human, not a productivity machine.
There’s a lot going on in the world right now—especially here in the US. Add a demanding corporate job to the mix, and some days I felt like I was drowning in stress and noise.
Those back porch moments became non-negotiable. They’re now my reset button. (although they’re cozy indoor moments thru the winter)
That’s what this site is about. Right now, you’ll find puzzle books to help you unplug and decompress—word searches that let your brain shift into neutral for a bit.
I’m adding new printables regularly: bookmarks for those back porch reading sessions, Christmas items for a smoother holiday season, and calendars and organizers to help you get the new year off to a great start.
Everything here is designed to either streamline the chaos or help you escape it. I’m building this collection one printable at a time—the things I actually use and wish I could find more easily.
When I’m not designing printables, you’ll find me on that back porch with a puzzle, a novel, or my journal. Sometimes all three.
